Tornado Outbreak
Follow along as 2 veteran storm
chasers, Jeff Piotrowski and Brian Stertz, chase the violent tornadoes that changed many
peoples lives on May 3rd. Jeff tracks the tornadic supercell from it's early stages of
development near Lawton, OK to stunning views of several violent tornadoes from Chickasha
into Midwest City. Spectacular near ground zero F-4/F-5 footage was shot by Jeff in
Newcastle, Moore, and Del City. Brian tracked the wedge F-4/F-5 tornado from the Bridge
Creek area into the Del City area. Jeff's chase continued into the night as he tracked
several strong to violent tornadoes from Piedmont to east of Crescent. Several satellite
tornadoes were also seen in association with the larger violent tornadoes...2 tornadoes on
the ground at the same time!! Tornadoes of varying shapes and sizes are included on this
video at close range!! An interesting perspective on the tornadoes from 2 different camera
angles are captured on this 1 hour tape (VHS and other formats are available).
